Seven towns adopt local fertilizer rules under DCPC

The towns of Barnstable, Brewster, Chatham, Eastham, Mashpee and Provincetown adopted local nitrogen-oriented regulations this fall. The towns of Falmouth and Orleans had grandfathered nitrogen bylaws.
