HEARING NOTICE
September 19, 2019
Pursuant to Section 7(c)(xiv) of the Cape Cod Commission’s Chapter A: Enabling Regulations Governing Review of Developments of Regional Impact (as amended), the Cape Cod Commission’s Committee on Planning & Regulation will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, September 19, 2019, 1:00 p.m., at the Cape Cod Commission offices, Ocean Meeting Room, 3225 Main Street (Route 6A), Barnstable, MA 02630 to consider a request by property owner/applicant Switch Gears LP for a five (5) year extension of the Cape Cod Commission decision/approval for the Project to January 22, 2026.
Anyone wishing to testify orally will be welcome to do so. Written comments may be submitted at the hearing, or delivered or mailed to the Cape Cod Commission, P.O. Box 226, 3225 Main Street, Barnstable, MA 02630. The relevant documents may be viewed at the Commission offices by calling the Commission at (508) 362-3828 to schedule an appointment between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
