Proforma Virtual Hearing
CAPE COD COMMISSION
A staff hearing officer of the Cape Cod Commission will hold a virtual pro-forma public hearing on the following Project on Monday, July 21, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. (continued from Tuesday, July 1, 2025). At the hearing, the staff hearing officer will continue the hearing on the Project to Monday, August 11, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. to be held virtually via Zoom. The Project has been referred to the Cape Cod Commission as a mandatory Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended.
This proceeding is procedural only and is being held for the sole purpose of continuing the hearing to Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. There will be no presentations, testimony, or substantive action taken.
