PRO FORMA HEARING: Cape Cod Commission

A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a pro-forma hearing on Friday, April 2, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.  on the following Development of Regional Impact (DRI):  Proposed Full Demolition of Single Family Dwelling/Contributing Structure in the South Yarmouth/ Bass River National Register Historic District, 103 River Street, South Yarmouth, MA 02664, proposed by owner/ applicant Matthew McGuill, Trustee. The hearing will be held virtually pursuant to Massachusetts Governor Charles D. Baker’s Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law dated March 12, 2020.  The sole purpose of this hearing is to open the DRI public hearing period on the matter.

NOTE:  This proceeding is for procedural purposes only: there will be no presentations, testimony or substantive action taken.   When a substantive hearing on the matter has been scheduled, Notice of such hearing will be provided at that time.
