Virtual Pro-forma Hearing
CAPE COD COMMISSION
A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a virtual pro-forma public hearing on the following Project on Friday, January 17, 2025 at 10:30 a.m.
This proceeding is for procedural purposes only. There will be no presentations, testimony, or substantive action taken.
- Project: NextGrid Solar Bourne (CCC File No: 23021)
- Project Applicant: NextGrid, Inc.
- Property Owner: Cape Cod Aggregates, Corp.
- Project Location: 0 Ernest Valeri Road, Bourne, MA 02532
- Map/Parcel: Map 16, Parcels 7, 8 and 9
- Project Description: The Project proposes a 5 MW ground mounted photovoltaic system and 31 MW associated battery energy storage system. The proposed solar array covers 30.8 acres and results in 40.8 acres of land disturbance.
Note: The hearing will be held virtually, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023
