A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a virtual pro-forma public hearing on the following Project on Monday, March 17, 2025 at 10:30 a.m.
This proceeding is for procedural purposes only. There will be no presentations, testimony, or substantive action taken.
- Project: Captain Berties Way Housing (CCC File No: 25002)
- Project Applicant: 44 Captain Bertie’s LLC
- Project Location: 44 Captain Bertie’s Way, Provincetown, MA 02657
- Map/Parcel: 8-2-28-0 and 8-2-28-A
- Project Description: The Applicant proposes to construct a +/- 44,500-sf, 4-story building containing 36 residential units with associated parking and residential amenities.
Note: The hearing will be held virtually, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023
