- Cape Cod Canal Bridges Program: Staff will provide an update on the status of the Cape Cod Canal Bridges Program, a program that will include the eventual replacement of the Bourne and Sagamore bridges, as well as improvements to the approach roadway networks.
- Sub-regional Representative Election Process: Staff will describe and Committee members may vote whether to approve a process for the election of sub-regional representatives to the Cape Cod Metropolitan Planning Organization for the term of January 1, 2024 though December 31, 2026.
- Federal Fiscal Years (October 1 – September 30) 2023-2027 Transportation Improvement Program (“TIP”) Amendment 3: Staff will describe, and the committee members may vote to release for public comment, draft Amendment 3 to the TIP which would decrease the funding to match updated cost estimates for the Bourne Rotary Improvement Project and add funding for the purchase of additional transit vehicles through the state’s Mobility Assistance Program.
- 2024 Cape Cod Regional Transportation Plan (RTP): Staff will review the draft 2024 Regional Transportation Plan, the region’s long range transportation vision for the Cape Cod region which includes all modes of transportation. Committee members may vote to release the draft 2024 Regional Transportation Plan for a 21-day public comment period.
- Reports: MassDOT staff will discuss the status of the Transportation Improvement Program projects. Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority and Cape Cod Commission staff will report on recent and upcoming transportation initiatives across Cape Cod.
- New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
