Cape Cod Metropolitan Planning Organization (“MPO”) Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) Revision: Commission staff will describe, and the MPO will consider, any public comments received on the draft revised Cape Cod MPO MOU which would enable additional alternates to the MPO. The MPO may vote to adopt the revised Cape Cod MPO MOU.
  6. Federal Fiscal Year 2020 Unified Planning Work Program (“UPWP”) Amendment #1: Staff will describe, and the Committee may vote to release for public comment draft Amendment #1 which would adjust funding in the UPWP to Task 4 – Technical Assistance Activities.
  7. Federal Fiscal Years 2020-2024 Transportation Improvement Program (“TIP”) Amendment #1: Staff will describe, and the MPO may vote to release for public comment draft Amendment #1 which would adjust funding in the TIP for the Barnstable Villager, Stormwater at Various Locations, and Route 28 Falmouth/Bourne Sign Replacement projects.
  8. United States Army Corps of Engineers Draft Major Rehabilitation Evaluation Report and Draft Environmental Assessment for the Cape Cod Canal Highway Bridges: Staff will lead the MPO in a discussion of these draft documents that recommend the replacement of the Bourne and Sagamore Bridges.
  9. Joint Transportation Committee Bicycle Representative: Staff will update the MPO on the search for a new representative for the next term.
  10. Regional Bicycle Path Projects: Staff will lead the Committee in a discussion of the status of bicycle path projects under design and construction across Cape Cod.
  11. ReportsMassachusetts Department of Transportation staff will discuss the status of the Transportation Improvement Program projects. Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority and Cape Cod Commission staff will report on recent and upcoming transportation initiatives across Cape Cod.
  12. New Business:  Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
