Note: The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, with some members of the Commission participating in person and some participating remotely, as allowed by Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended.

- Public Hearing and Potential Vote: Yarmouth Riverwalk Park: The Cape Cod Commission will conduct a public hearing on the following Development of Regional Impact. The Cape Cod Commission will take testimony, discuss the project, and may vote on whether to adopt the draft decision and approve the proposed project:
- Project: Yarmouth Riverwalk Park (CCC File No: 22031)
- Project Applicants: The Town of Yarmouth
- Project Location: 669 Route 28, Yarmouth, MA
- Assessor’s ID: Map 32 Parcel 122 ; Map 24 Parcels 92 & 176
- Project Description: Redevelopment and restoration of an altered site to include a four-acre grass multi-purpose field, shared-use and woodland paths, restroom and office building, parking, artist shanties, playground, and elevated boardwalk.
- Cape Cod Regional Pond Monitoring Program: Commission staff will provide an overview of the Cape Cod Regional Pond Monitoring Program, which monitors a representative sample of ponds across Cape Cod to provide insight into freshwater pond water quality and how it is influenced by pond characteristics and surrounding land use. Staff will also discuss the investigation of other strategies, such as remote sensing, for understanding changes in quality in freshwater ponds on Cape Cod.
