- Public Hearing and Vote on Development of Regional Impact (DRI) Exemption Request: 96 Megansett Road, Bourne: The Cape Cod Commission will hold a public hearing to take testimony, discuss the following project and vote on the requested Development of Regional Impact Exemption:
- Project: 96 Megansett Road (CCC File No: 22012)
- Project Applicant: Cape Club Building, Inc.
- Project Location: 96 Megansett Rd, Bourne, MA 02532, Assessor’s ID: Map 54.0 Parcel 15
- Project Description: The Project proposes to remove existing structures and construct a new single-family dwelling and associated improvements including a swimming pool, tennis court, patio, driveway, and retaining walls. The Project also proposes to upgrade the existing septic system and build a new pier ramp and floating dock in Squeteague Harbor.
Anyone wishing to testify orally will be welcome to do so. Written comments may also be submitted by email prior to the hearing to regulatory@capecodcommission.org.
