Note: The meeting will be held virtually, with all members of the Cape Cod Commission participating remotely, pursuant to Massachusetts Governor Charles D. Baker’s Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law dated March 12, 2020.

- Executive Director’s Report: Kristy Senatori will report on any recent staff activities.
- West Harwich District of Critical Planning Concern (DCPC): The Cape Cod Commission will hold a public hearing to consider and vote to determine, pursuant to Sections 10 and 11 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, whether the proposed Implementing Regulations for the West Harwich District of Critical Planning Concern (DCPC) conform to the guidelines set out for the West Harwich Special District established within Barnstable County ordinance 19-18.
- New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
