4. Executive Director’s Report: Kristy Senatori will report on any recent staff activities 
5. Massachusetts Rural Policy Plan:  Jay Coburn, Vice Chair of the Massachusetts Rural Policy Advisory Commission, will present an overview of and Cape Cod Commission members may discuss, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Rural Policy Plan 
6. Economic Value of Cape Cod Harbors: Jennifer Clinton, Community Development Planner, will present and discuss with the Commission members the development of a model for assessing the economic value of the Cape Cod region's harbors. 
7. New Business:  Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
