1. Call to Order
2. Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: 12/5/24 Executive Committee minutes
3. Executive Director’s Report: Kristy Senatori will report on any recent staff activities.
4. Development Agreement Regulations: Cape Cod Commission staff will review with Committee members potential amendments to Chapter D of the Cape Cod Commission’s Regulations of General Application, Development Agreement Regulations Governing the Review of Development Agreements, which are intended to clarify and streamline the Development Agreement process. Committee members may ask questions and discuss the staff presentation. 
5. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
