AGENDA 

1. Call to Order/Attendance 
2. Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: November 30, 2023  
3. Executive Director’s Report: Commission Executive Director will report on any recent staff activities 
4. Cape Cod Commission Member Participation: Executive Committee members will discuss methods to promote effective Commission member participation including on subcommittees, standing committees and in working groups. 
5. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting. 
6. Adjourn
