1. Call to Order
2. Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: 9/22/2022
3. Executive Director’s Report: Kristy Senatori will report on any recent staff activities.
4. Fiscal Year 2024 Budget Request: Staff will describe and report on the Cape Cod Commission’s budget request to Barnstable County for the period July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024.
5. New Conflict of Interest Learning Management System: Staff will report on a new Conflict of Interest Learning Management system that the Massachusetts State Ethics Commission is developing for its mandatory conflict of interest law training and reporting requirements.
6. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
