AGENDA: Cape Cod Commission Executive Committee

Note: The meeting will be held virtually, with members of the Executive Committee participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, An Act Relative to Extending Certain Covid-19 Measures Adopted During the State of Emergency, signed into law on June 16, 2021.

Members of the public can join the meeting using one of the following methods:

  2. Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: April 22, 2021
  3. Executive Director’s Report: Kristy Senatori will report on any recent staff activities.
  4. Cape Cod Environmental Protection Fund (CCEPF) Update: Staff will report on the revenue, expenditures and ending balance of the CCEPF during fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 – June 30, 2021.)
  5. Upcoming Regulatory Projects – Commission staff will provide an overview to the Committee of the current and pending Regulatory projects at the Cape Cod Commission, including both Development Agreements and Developments of Regional Impact.
  6. Request for Release of Restriction: Andrew Singer, Esquire will present a request on behalf of Pennrose, LLC to the Committee to authorize the Cape Cod Commission to release the Covenant and Agreement for open space on the parcel located at 19 West Road and 10 Skaket Corners in Orleans, MA, per Development of Regional Impact (DRI) decision # TR98019 to enable the purchase of the parcel for the Chapter 40(B) Comprehensive Permit approved by the Town of Orleans on April 7, 2021 (Case no.2146). The Committee may vote whether to authorize the Chair to sign a release of the open space Covenant and Agreement contained in the Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank Operations Center/Orleans DRI decision (# TR98019) to be held in escrow until the sale of the parcel is recorded.
  7. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
