AGENDA: Cape Cod Commission Executive Committee

Note: The meeting will be held virtually, with all members of the Cape Cod Commission Executive Committee participating remotely, pursuant to Massachusetts Governor Charles D. Baker’s Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law dated March 12, 2020.

2. Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: 1/28/21 Executive Committee minutes and 1/28/21 Executive Session minutes
3. Executive Director’s Report: Kristy Senatori will report on any recent staff activities.
4. Amendment to Agreement for Judgment: Home Depot: Commission Counsel will discuss with members a proposed amendment to the Agreement for Judgment in the matter of Home Depot USA Inc. v. the Cape Cod Commission, Land Court Miscellaneous Case No. 02MISC28116, to provide for reconfiguration of the store located at 65 Independence Drive, Barnstable, MA and refine the timing of the hazardous materials reporting required by the agreement. Committee members may vote whether to authorize the Commission’s entry into the amended agreement.
5. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
