Note: The meeting will be held virtually using the zoom meeting platform with all members of the Committee on Planning and Regulations participating remotes, pursuant to Massachusetts Governor Charles D. Baker’s Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law dated March 12, 2020.

3. Yarmouth Rte. 28 Corridor Growth Incentive Zone Extension (CCC File No. 07010)
   The Committee will consider and potentially vote on a request from the Town of Yarmouth for a “Minor Modification” to extend the term of the Town’s Route 28 Corridor Growth Incentive Zone (GIZ) for an additional ten (10) years, as authorized under the relevant provisions of Chapter G of the Code of Cape Cod Commission Regulations of General Application, as amended.
4. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
