A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a continued virtual pro-forma public hearing on the following Project on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. (Continued from 7/2/24)
This proceeding is for procedural purposes only. There will be no presentations, testimony, or substantive actions taken. The hearing officer will continue the hearing to Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at 5:00pm to be held virtually via Zoom.

- Project Applicant: Vertex Towers, LLC
- Property Owner: Falmouth Self Storage Trust, G Howard Hayes Trustee
- Project Location: 737 Gifford Street, Falmouth MA 02540

- Project Description: Proposal to construct a wireless communications facility consisting of a 130’ tall monopole inside a 45’x60’ fenced in compound.
Note: The hearing will be held virtually, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023
