3. Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: 3/19/26 & 4/16/26
4. Executive Director’s Report: Kristy Senatori will report on recent staff work including the staff’s participation in meetings across Cape Cod, including meetings and presentations on regional open space planning and economic development.
5. Slate of Officers:   The Cape Cod Commission will discuss and vote to appoint its Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary for a term beginning July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028.  The recommended slate of officers reported from the Cape Cod Commission Nominating Committee is Tom Wilson for Chair, Douglas Fromm for Vice-Chair and Kevin Grunwald for Secretary.
6. Regional Open Space Planning: Commission staff will present an overview of the regional open space planning process for Cape Cod, including recent outreach and engagement efforts and planning priorities identified to date.
7. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
