Note: The meeting will be held virtually using the “Zoom” meeting platform, with all members of the Climate Action Subcommittee participating remotely, pursuant to Massachusetts Governor Charles D. Baker’s Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law dated March 12, 2020.  The public can join the meeting using one of the following methods:

 AGENDA

1. Attendance/ Roll Call
2. Approval of prior subcommittee meeting minutes: December 10, 2020
3. Executive Director Update: Kristy Senatori will provide an update of staff activities related to climate work
4. Stakeholder Process Update: Staff will provide an update on the stakeholder process for the development of the Cape Cod climate action plan and on feedback received during the third round of working group meetings
5. Equity Considerations: Staff will discuss equity considerations for the Cape Cod climate action plan and the approach for addressing those considerations in the climate action plan
6. Communications Strategy: Staff will review an outline of a climate communications strategy and discuss the process for obtaining input from a stakeholder working group on communications and education
7. Adjourn
