3. Wychmere Hotel Redevelopment, Development of Regional Impact

A subcommittee of the Cape Cod Commission will hold a public meeting on the following Project. The Project has been referred to the Cape Cod Commission as a mandatory Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended. The subcommittee will discuss the Project and may vote to make a recommendation to the full Commission.

• Project Location: 23 Snow Inn Road, Harwichport, MA   
• Map/Parcel: 8-P2 14 and 15 
• Project Description: The Applicant proposes to redevelop the existing hotel by razing the existing 32-room hotel (+/- 34,860-sf) and replace it with a 72-room hotel +/- (75,322-sf). The proposal also includes a new wastewater treatment facility and updates to site parking and circulation, stormwater management, landscaping, and pedestrian infrastructure.
