3. Provincetown Pier Hotel, Development of Regional Impact

A subcommittee of the Cape Cod Commission will hold a public hearing on the following Project. The Project has been referred to the Cape Cod Commission as a mandatory Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended. The subcommittee will discuss the Project and may vote to make a recommendation to the full Commission.

• Project Description: The Project proposes redevelopment of a site containing commercial and residential buildings and a historic pier in Provincetown Harbor. The mixed-use Project will include hotel rooms, residential condominiums, restaurants, bars, event space, retail space, and a new publicly accessible pier.
