A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a virtual pro-forma public hearing on the following Project on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
This proceeding is for procedural purposes only. There will be no presentations, testimony, or substantive action taken.

- Project Description: The Project proposes a change of use of the existing Cape Cod Irish Village at the Emerald Resort and Conference center to a community center for the special needs student alumni of the Riverview School.
