A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a virtual pro-forma public hearing on the following Project on Friday, October 11, 2024 at 10:30 a.m.
This proceeding is for procedural purposes only. There will be no presentations, testimony, or substantive action taken.

- Project Applicant: Tower North Development
- Property Owner: WVB, LLC
- Project Location: 1185 Long Pond Road, Brewster, MA 02631
- Map/Parcel: Map 85, Parcel 110
- Project Description: The applicant is proposing a 125 Ft +/- tall Wireless Communications Tower and associated equipment compound and site improvements on a portion of the property.
Note: The hearing will be held virtually, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023
