CAPE COD COMMISSION
A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a virtual pro-forma public hearing on the following Project on Friday, May 31 at 10:00 a.m.
This proceeding is for procedural purposes only. There will be no presentations, testimony, or substantive action taken.
Project: Brick Kiln Monopole (CCC File No: 24007)
Project Applicant: Vertex Towers, LLC
Property Owner: Falmouth Self Storage Trust, G Howard Hayes Trustee
Project Location: 737 Gilford Street, Falmouth MA 02540

Project Description: Proposal to construct a wireless communications facility consisting of a 130’ tall monopole inside a 45’x60’ fenced in compound.
Note: The hearing will be held virtually, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023
