CAPE COD COMMISSION
A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a virtual pro-forma public hearing on the following Project on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 1:30 p.m.
This proceeding is for procedural purposes only. There will be no presentations, testimony, or substantive action taken.
- Project: 96 Megansett Road (CCC File No: 22012)
- Project Applicants: Cape Club Building, Inc.
- Project Location: 96 Megansett Rd, Bourne, MA 02532, Assessor’s ID: Map 54.0 Parcel 15
- Project Description: The Project proposes to remove existing structures and construct a new single-family dwelling and associated improvements including a swimming pool, tennis court, patio, driveway, and retaining walls. The Project also proposes to upgrade the existing septic system and build a new pier ramp and floating dock in Squeteague Harbor.
Note: The hearing will be held virtually, pursuant to Chapter 107 of the Acts of 2022, An Act Relative to Extending Certain State of Emergency Accommodations.
