Hybrid Public Hearing
CAPE COD COMMISSION
The Cape Cod Commission will hold a hybrid public hearing on the following Project on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. (continued from Monday, July 21, 2025) in person (at the Mary Pat Flynn Conference Room, 3195 Main Street, Barnstable, MA 02630) and virtually (online and by telephone). The Project has been referred to the Cape Cod Commission as a mandatory Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended. At the hearing, the subcommittee will hear, discuss, and assemble the record on the Project and may vote to make a recommendation to the full Commission. The full Commission may then vote on the Project.

Project Description: Construction of a wireless communication facility of a 120’ tall monopole style tower inside a 35’ x 70’ fenced compound with associated equipment.
Note: The hearing will be held in a hybrid format, both in person and virtually, with some members participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025.

The DRI application including a map showing the location of the subject property and other project materials may be accessed for review at www.capecodcommission.org/ccc and is also available for public inspection at the Commission’s office during normal business hours.
