Virtual Pro-forma Hearing

A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a virtual pro-forma public hearing on the following Project on Monday, December 30, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
This proceeding is for procedural purposes only. There will be no presentations, testimony, or substantive action taken.

- Project Applicant: Wychmere Harbor Real Estate, LLC
- Property Owner: Wychmere Harbor Real Estate, LLC
- Project Location: 23 Snow Inn Rd Harwichport, MA 02646
- Map/Parcel: 8-P2 14 and 15
- Project Description: The Applicant proposes to raze the existing hotel (2 buildings/34,860 sf) and replace with a new hotel (one building/82,660 sf), reconfigure and improve entrances and make other site upgrades.
Note: The hearing will be held virtually, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
