A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a virtual pro-forma public hearing on the following Project on Friday, August 29, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
This proceeding is for procedural purposes only. There will be no presentations, testimony, or substantive action taken.

- Project Description: The project proposes to redevelop the former police station property into a 40-unit home-ownership residential development, including below market value units. The project proposes to construct a new 4-story building of approximately 30,000 square feet and associated site improvements.
