Federal Fiscal Year 2020 Unified Planning Work Program (“UPWP”) Amendment #1: Staff will describe any public comments received on draft Amendment #1, and the Cape Cod Metropolitan Planning (“MPO”) may vote to adopt Amendment #1 which would adjust funding in the UPWP to Task 4 – Technical Assistance Activities.

Federal Fiscal Years 2020-2024 Transportation Improvement Program (“TIP”) Amendment #1: Staff will describe any comments received on draft Amendment #1, and the MPO may vote to adopt draft Amendment #1 which would adjust funding in the TIP for the Barnstable Villager, Stormwater at Various Locations, and Route 28 Falmouth/Bourne Sign Replacement projects. 
7. Massachusetts Department of Transportation Calendar Year 2020 Safety Performance Measure Targets: Following staff presentation, the MPO will discuss draft statewide Safety Performance Measure Targets for the reduction of motor vehicle crashes and may vote whether to adopt these targets.
8. Pedestrian Accommodation – A Regional Perspective: Staff will lead the MPO in a discussion of pedestrian accommodation across the Cape Cod region including existing conditions, planned projects, and upcoming planning efforts.
9. Reports: Massachusetts Department of Transportation staff will discuss the status of the Transportation Improvement Program projects. Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority and Cape Cod Commission staff will report on recent and upcoming transportation initiatives across Cape Cod.
10. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
