  5. Cape Cod Canal Bridges Program: Staff will provide an update on the status of the Cape Cod Canal Bridges Program, a program that will include the eventual replacement of the Bourne and Sagamore bridges, as well as improvements to the approach roadway networks.
  6. Federal Fiscal Years (October 1– September 30) 2025-2029 Transportation Improvement Program (“TIP”) Amendment #2: Staff will review draft TIP Amendment #2 and any public comments received. Committee members may vote to support draft TIP Amendment #2, which would adjust the funding sources for the Bourne Route 6 Scenic Highway Median Installation project, add a SMART Microgrid at the Cape Cod Airport project, and add funding for Phase 1 (Sagamore Bridge) of the Cape Cod Bridges Program.
  7. Cape Cod Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Applications: Staff will present an overview of GIS applications that have been developed to support local and regional transportation planning.
  8. Cape Cod Sidewalk and Regional Transit Viewer: Staff will highlight a new transit ridership viewer displaying Cape Cod Transit Authority 2022 boarding data and a sidewalk viewer that displays gaps in the existing sidewalk infrastructure in relation to bus stops and multi-family housing.
  9. Cape Cod Vision Zero Safety Action Plan: Staff will provide an update on the development of the Vision Zero Safety Action Plan, a comprehensive safety action plan to reduce and eliminate serious-injury and fatal motor vehicle crashes affecting all roadway users on Cape Cod.
  10. Reports: Massachusetts Department of Transportation staff will discuss the status of the Transportation Improvement Program projects. Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority and Cape Cod Commission staff will report on recent and upcoming transportation initiatives across Cape Cod.
  11. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
