- Route 6A Regional Corridor Study: Staff will provide an overview of the Route 6A Regional Corridor Study that will commence under the 2025 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) and will seek general feedback from members on priority concerns, potential goals, and public outreach ideas.
- Cape Cod Vision Zero Safety Action Plan: Staff will provide an update on the development of the Vision Zero Safety Action Plan, a comprehensive safety action plan to reduce and eliminate serious-injury and fatal motor vehicle crashes affecting all roadway users on Cape Cod.
- Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Project Development and Design Cost Discussion: Staff will lead a discussion on the TIP development process and design costs for TIP projects. Members may share feedback on their experiences with the TIP process.
- Traffic Counting Program Recap: Staff will provide a brief summary of the region’s 2024 Summer Traffic Data Collection program.
- Reports: Massachusetts Department of Transportation staff will discuss the status of the Transportation Improvement Program projects. Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority and Cape Cod Commission staff will report on recent and upcoming transportation initiatives across Cape Cod.
- New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
