- 2024 Cape Cod Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) Update:The Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) establishes long-range vision and goals, and identifies major projects, studies, and programs for transportation on Cape Cod for the years 2024 through 2050. Staff will review the development of the 2024 RTP including the vision and goals and the development of the list of potential projects for inclusion.
- Federal Fiscal Years (October 1 – September 30) 2024-2028 Transportation Improvement Program (“TIP”) Development:As part of the development of the 2024-2028 TIP, Staff will lead a discussion on the status and readiness of projects currently in the 2023-2027 TIP, which summarizes the regionally significant transportation infrastructure projects receiving federal funding for construction.
- Federal Fiscal Year (October 1– September 30) 2024 Unified Planning Work Program (“UPWP”) Development: Staff will describe the process for developing the 2024 UPWP which summarizes all significant transportation activities planned for the year. Members may ask questions and suggest potential tasks and studies for inclusion in the 2024 UPWP.
- Regional Pavement Management Condition Update: Staff will provide an update on regional pavement condition data collection efforts in 2021 and 2022 as contained within the online Pavement Management Dashboard which is located at: https://www.capecodcommission.org/our-work/pavement-conditions.
- Reports: Massachusetts Department of Transportation staff will discuss the status of the Transportation Improvement Program projects. Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority and Cape Cod Commission staff will report on recent and upcoming transportation initiatives across Cape Cod.
- New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
