Note: The meeting will be held virtually, with all members of the Cape Cod Joint Transportation Committee participating remotely, pursuant to Massachusetts Governor Charles D. Baker’s Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law dated March 12, 2020.

5. Cape Cod Joint Transportation Committee Selection of Officers: The Cape Cod Joint Transportation Committee (CCJTC) will vote to nominate a slate of officers to the CCJTC for the positions of Chairman and Vice-Chairman for the term January 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021. The election on the slate of officers will be voted at the November CCJTC meeting.
6. Cape Cod Joint Transportation Bicycle Representative Alternate: CCJTC members will discuss and potentially vote to either renew the current appointments or to seek new nominees for the Bicycle Representative and Bicycle Representative Alternate to the CCJTC for the term January 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021.
7. Cape Cod Metropolitan Planning Organization Sub-regional Representative Election Process: Staff will review the process for the Cape Cod Metropolitan Planning Organization Sub-regional Representative Election.
8. Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Project Readiness Milestones: Staff will describe and CCJTC members will discuss and potentially vote on TIP development milestones and new readiness criteria that could be considered for projects to be programmed on the TIP.
9. Mashpee Rotary Study: Staff will present the results of the Mashpee Rotary Study and discuss next steps for project development.
10. Highlight of Student Collaboration Efforts: Staff will discuss past and ongoing collaborative research projects with local universities, including a Mashpee Rotary Redesign Senior Design Project.
11. Reports: MassDOT, Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority, and Cape Cod Commission staff will report on recent and upcoming transportation initiatives across Cape Cod.
12. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
