4. Executive Director’s Report: Kristy Senatori will report on recent staff work and participation in meetings across Cape Cod, including their work on the 2025 Draft Regional Policy Plan and its fifteen accompanying Technical Bulletins, the Cape Cod Canal Bridges project, its work with Outwith Studios on regional housing and the Joint Base Cape Cod master plan.
5. 2025 Regional Policy Plan: Cape Cod Commission staff will review the final 2025 Regional Policy Plan (RPP) as drafted following the close of its public comment period. Cape Cod Commission members may discuss the Plan, ask questions of staff, and potentially vote to direct staff to submit the Regional Policy Plan to the Assembly of Delegates and the Barnstable County Commissioners with a request it be adopted as an Ordinance.
6. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
