- Executive Director’s Report: Kristy Senatori will report on any recent staff activities.
- Release of the Draft 2025 Regional Policy Plan: Cape Cod Commission staff will provide an overview of the revised Draft 2025 Regional Policy Plan. Cape Cod Commission members may ask questions and may vote whether to release the draft plan for a 60-day public comment period.
- Public Hearing, NextGrid Solar Bourne: The Cape Cod Commission will hold a continued public hearing on the following Project, continued from Wednesday, June 4, 2025. The Project has been referred to the Cape Cod Commission as a mandatory Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended. At the hearing, the Commission will discuss the following project and may vote whether to adopt a draft decision and either approve or deny the proposed Development of Regional Impact.

Project Description: The Project proposes a 5 Megawatt (MW) ground mounted solar photovoltaic system and 31 MW associated battery energy storage system. The proposed solar array covers 30.8 acres and results in 40.8 acres of land disturbance. 6
