Note: The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, both in person and virtually, with some members participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025.

3. Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: Cape Cod Commission draft minutes, April 10, 2025, Nominating Committee draft minutes, May 1, 2025
4. Executive Director’s Report: Kristy Senatori will report on any recent staff activities.
5. Slate of Officers: The Nominating Committee will announce its recommendation for a slate of officers for the Cape Cod Commission (Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary) for a term beginning July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The Cape Cod Commission will discuss and vote to appoint its Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary for a term beginning July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.  
6. Public Hearing: Development Agreement Regulations: Cape Cod Commission will conduct a public hearing to review the draft amendments to Chapter D of the Code of Cape Cod Commission Regulations of General Application, Development Agreement Regulations Governing the Provisions for Development Agreements.  The proposed amendments are designed to organize, streamline and clarify the development agreement process and make the regulations clearer. The Cape Cod Commission may vote whether to approve the Development Agreement regulations as amended and forward them to the Assembly of Delegates for adoption by ordinance.
7. 2024 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) Year 1 Annual Report: Cape Cod Commission staff will review the 2024 CEDS Year 1 Annual Report with the Cape Cod Commission.  The Cape Cod Commission may vote whether to approve and submit the Annual Report to the U.S. Economic Development Administration. 
8. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
