- Public Hearing: Eastham District of Critical Planning Concern, Amendments to Implementing Regulations: TheCape Cod Commission will hold a virtual public hearing to consider, pursuant to Sections 10 and 11 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, whether amendments to the Implementing Regulations for the Eastham District of Critical Planning Concern (“the District”), known as the Eastham Corridor Special District (“ECSD”), are consistent with the Guidelines for the District as outlined in Barnstable County Ordinance 17-12, dated November 1, 2017. The original implementing regulations for the District were adopted on May 7, 2018 at Eastham Town Meeting. The proposed amendments to the Implementing Regulations for the District include best practices from Form Based Code to regulate the siting and masses of buildings within the District.
- Public Hearing: Wilkens Housing Phase II Development of Regional Impact: The Cape Cod Commission will hold a virtual public hearingto consider the following Development of Regional Impact (DRI) request pursuant to Sections 12 and 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act. At this hearing, the Cape Cod Commission will discuss the following project and may vote whether to adopt a draft decision and approve the proposed Development of Regional Impact.

- Project Location: Wilkens Lane, Barnstable

- Project Description: Applicant is proposing a 320-unit multifamily development with five buildings and accessory structures on 15.1 acres.
