5. Public Hearing, Town of Truro Local Comprehensive Plan: The Cape Cod Commission will conduct a virtual public hearing to take testimony and vote whether to approve the certification of the Town of Truro 2024 Local Comprehensive Plan in accordance with Section 9 of the Cape Cod Commission Act and the Cape Cod Commission Local Comprehensive Plan Regulations.
6. Public Hearing, Town of Sandwich Local Comprehensive Plan: The Cape Cod Commission will conduct a virtual public hearing to take testimony and vote whether to approve the certification of the Town of Sandwich Local Comprehensive Plan in accordance with Section 9 of the Cape Cod Commission Act and the Cape Cod Commission Local Comprehensive Plan Regulations.
7. Public Hearing, Brick Kiln Monopole: The Cape Cod Commission will hold a virtual public hearing to consider a Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended. The Cape Cod Commission will take testimony, discuss the project and may vote whether to adopt the draft decision and approve the proposed project.

• Project Description:  Proposal to construct a wireless communications facility consisting of a 130’ tall monopole inside a 45’x60’ fenced in compound.
