5. Continued Public Hearing:

The Cape Cod Commission will meet to conduct a continued public hearing and discuss a draft Modification Decision to the Development of Regional Impact (DRI) Hardship Exemption Decision for the Chatham Airport Safety Improvements Project. The Commission may vote whether to approve the Major Modification.

• Project Description:    The Applicant seeks modification to the above-referenced 2005 DRI Hardship Exemption Decision (CCC No. 04012) to incorporate an updated Vegetation Management Plan to remove or manage vegetation for compliance with federal and/or state safety regulations.  

1. Discretionary referral: H.A.C. Family Transition Shelter, Dennis, MA: The Cape Cod Commission will discuss a discretionary referral of the H.A.C. Family Transition Shelter in Dennis, MA made to the Commission by the Town of Dennis Planning Board.  The Commission may vote whether to accept the discretionary referral of the H.A.C. Family Transition Shelter for review as a Development of Regional Impact
2. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
