- Public Hearing and Potential Vote- 91 Cable Placement Project: The Cape Cod Commission will conduct a virtual public hearing on the following Development of Regional Impact Project. The Cape Cod Commission will take testimony, discuss the Project and may vote whether to adopt the draft decision and approve the proposed Project.
- Project: 91 Cable Placement Project (CCC File No: 22025)
- Project Applicants:NSTAR Electric Company d/b/a Eversource
- Project Location:Submarine cable landing at 395 Mill Road, Falmouth, MA 02540
- Project Description:Replacement of a 37-year-old existing submarine 25-kilovolt electricity distribution cable which runs from Tisbury, Martha’s Vineyard to its terminus at a transition manhole located at 395 Mill Road in Falmouth, MA.
- Cape Cod Regional Transportation Plan: Commission staff will provide an update on the 2024 Cape Cod Regional Transportation Plan, a comprehensive plan that considers the unique challenges and opportunities of the Cape Cod region and establishes priorities for use of state and federal transportation funding through the year 2044.
- New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
