5. West Harwich District of Critical Planning Concern 
   The Cape Cod Commission will hold a continued public hearing to receive staff and public testimony, and to consider and potentially vote whether to approve a draft decision and forward the West  Harwich District of Critical Planning Concern (DCPC)  designation to the Assembly of Delegates for adoption by ordinance in accordance with Sections 10 and 11 of the Cape Cod Commission Act.  
6. Development of Regional Impact (DRI) Public Hearing 
   (continued by the Project Subcommittee from 10/07/19): 

Project: WHOI New Quissett Facility (CCC File No. 19022)  
Project Applicant: Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) 
Project Site/Location: 360 Woods Hole Road, Falmouth (Woods Hole)  
Project Description: Proposed building of approximately 50,000 sq ft gross floor area at WHOI’s Quissett Campus, with associated site improvements  

The Cape Cod Commission is reviewing the Project as a DRI pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended.  At this continued hearing, the Cape Cod Commission will consider and potentially vote whether to grant DRI approval and adopt a draft written DRI decision for the Project as recommended by the Project Subcommittee.  The Commission will accept oral and written public comments on the Project at this continued hearing. 

7. New Business:  Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
