2. Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: December 4, 2025
3. Potential purchase of office building: Staff will present and Committee members will discuss a proposal received for the purchase of an office building for the Cape Cod Commission in response to the Cape Cod Commission’s recent Request for Proposals # 8101.
4. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting.
