HEARING: Cape Cod Commission

CAPE COD COMMISSION

The Cape Cod Commission will hold a hybrid public hearing on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. in person (at the Mary Pat Flynn Conference Room, 3195 Main Street, Barnstable, MA 02630) and virtually (online and by telephone) to consider draft amendments to Chapter D of the Code of Cape Cod Commission Regulations of General Application, Development Agreement Regulations Governing the Provisions for Development Agreements.  The proposed amendments are designed to organize, streamline and clarify the development agreement process and make the regulations clearer.

Note: The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, both in person and virtually, with some members participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025. 

The meeting can be attended by using any of the following methods:      

Participants wishing to speak should click the “Raise Hand” icon on the lower toolbar to notify the chair. In some versions of Zoom, "Raise Hand" is under the "More" icon. The chair will recognize participants.    

Phone participants wishing to speak should press *9 to notify the chair.   

 All interested persons will have an opportunity to comment at the hearing.  Written comments may also be submitted by mail to the Cape Cod Commission, P.O. Box 226, 3225 Main St. Barnstable, MA 02630 or online using the form located at https://capecodcommission.org/comment. The Development Agreement regulations may be accessed for review at www.capecodcommission.org/ccc and are also available for public inspection at the Commission’s office during normal business hours.
