HEARING: Cape Cod Commission
A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a virtual pro-forma public hearing on the following Project on Friday, June 30 at 10:00 a.m.
This proceeding is for procedural purposes only. There will be no presentations, testimony, or substantive action taken.
- Project: 91 Cable Placement Project (CCC File No: 22025)
- Project Applicants: NSTAR Electric Company d/b/a Eversource
- Project Location: Town of Falmouth
- Project Description: The Applicant proposes to replace 25 kilovolt electricity distribution cable from Falmouth to Martha’s Vineyard.
Note: The hearing will be held virtually, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023
