HEARING: Cape Cod Commission
A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a virtual pro-forma public hearing on the following Project on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.
This proceeding is for procedural purposes only. There will be no presentations, testimony, or substantive action taken.
- Project: Falmouth AMP Solar, (CCC File No: 23008)
- Project Applicants: ASD Cape Cod Holdings, LLC
- Project Location: 48 Theatre Drive, 41 Theatre Drive, and 0 Boxberry Hill Rd, Falmouth, MA
Map 10, Section 03, Parcel 001, Lot 163, Map 17, Section 01, Parcel 028A, Lot 015, Map 10, Section 04, Parcel 007, Lot 035 & Map 17, Section of Parcel 028 and Lot 039 - Project Description: The proposed project is a 57-acre ground-mounted solar array on the current Cape Cod Country Club.
Note: The hearing will be held virtually, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023
