Note: the meeting will be held by remote participation by the Barnstable County Economic Development Council Executive Committee pursuant to Massachusetts Governor Charles D. Baker’s order suspending certain provisions of the open meeting law dated March 12, 2020.

4. Discussion on the purpose of the Barnstable County Coastal Resources Subcommittee
5. Discussion on the creation of a dredge subcommittee to allow all towns to have input
6. Presentation from APCC on cyanobacteria monitoring program
7. Discussion led by MassBays Regional Coordinator on coastal restoration projects for inclusion in the National Estuary Program Report and a companion inventory of Barnstable County projects, maintained by the Association to Preserve Cape Cod in the Restoration Coordination Center
8. Barnstable County staff will provide an update on activities of the Barnstable County Coastal Management Committee (BCCMC) including an overview of the 4/14/20 BCCMC meeting
9. Cape Cod Conservation District staff will provide an update on the status of projects funded by the Cape Cod Water Resources Restoration Project (CCWRRP)
10. Report from Committee members on current coastal management issues affecting Cape Cod, followed by discussion by the Committee members
11. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by chair more than 48 hours before the meeting
