February 6, 2025 - Wychmere Hotel Expansion, Development of Regional Impact
A subcommittee of the Cape Cod Commission will hold a public meeting on the following Project. The Project has been referred to the Cape Cod Commission as a mandatory Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended. At the hearing, the subcommittee will hear, discuss, and assemble the record on the Project and may vote to make a recommendation to the full Commission.

- Project Description: The Applicant proposes to redevelop the existing hotel by razing the existing 32-room, +/- 34,860-sf hotel (2 buildings) and replace it with a new 80-room, +/- 82,660-sf hotel (one building). The proposal also includes a new wastewater treatment facility and updates to site parking and circulation, stormwater management, landscaping, and pedestrian infrastructure.
