A subcommittee of the Cape Cod Commission will hold a public hearing on the following Project (Continued from 1/27/25). The Project has been referred to the Cape Cod Commission as a mandatory Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended. At the hearing, the subcommittee will hear, discuss, and assemble the record on the Project and may vote to make a recommendation to the full Commission.
